Where and when will the convention take place?

The convention will be based at the Holiday Inn Capitol Plaza, located at 300 J Street in Sacramento, California. Optional pre-convention tours will take place June 14th & 15th. Convention registration will begin on Wednesday, June 16. Activities will take place June 17 - 20th.

 

What is included with my convention registration?

Registration includes admission to California Automobile Museum, admission to Crest Theatre, transportation to California Automobile Museum, Sutter's Fort, and Aerospace Museum, "Them Thar Hills" Banquet, "Bullfighters" Mexican Fiesta Luncheon, "Hollywood Victory Caravan" Banquet, and "Honolulu Baby" Brunch.

 

How much does convention registration cost?

$370 Paid in one installment. Postmarked on/or before March 15, 2010
$395 Paid in one installment. Postmarked after March 15, 2010
$270 Paid in one installment for children 12 years old and younger.

The cost of your hotel room is NOT included with your convention registration.

How do I reserve my hotel room?

Please make your hotel reservations directly with the Holiday Inn, Capital Plaza by May 17th, 2010. To Make your Hotel Reservations by phone, call TOLL-FREE: 1 888 HOLIDAY (1 888 465 4329). Let them know you are with the Sacto 2010 Convention for special convention rates. To reserve your room online, use the link below. Holiday Inn Online Reservations

Convention rates are $125/night (double/occupancy). Cost of room rate also applies to three and four guests per room. Special convention rates are also in effect for stays from June 14th, 2010 through June 23, 2010. You may get the same rate of $125 per night starting June 12th, 2010 IF ROOMS ARE AVAILABLE.

How do I pay for my convention registration?

Additional OptionsAll Registration Fees must be paid in U.S. funds via International Money Order, International Bank Draft, or online with PayPal. To receive early registration cost, payments MUST be postmarked on/or before due dates. Those postmarked after these dates will be returned for additional funds.

 

What is the cancellation policy for the convention?

Cancellations (in writing/or email) are accepted up until May 17th, 2010. A $50 cancellation fee will be charged (plus the cost of converting moneys into foreign funds, if applicable). A $30 charge will be made per returned check (for insufficient funds).
